Registration Terms:
- Each individual may only create one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
- A valid phone number and national ID details may be required to create an account.
- Keep your account password confidential. Sharing account access with others is strictly prohibited.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at support@tk17.ws.
- Accounts created using false information may be permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited.
Verification Process:
Tk17 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. During verification, a copy of a national ID, passport, or driving licence may be requested. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
Please provide your correct bKash or Nagad number at registration. All payments and withdrawals will be processed to that number.
3 Betting Rules
Before placing a bet on tk17, carefully read the specific rules for each event and market. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
Key betting rules:
- All bets will be settled based on the data recorded on tk17's servers.
- If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded in full.
- Tk17 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error.
- Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
- Tk17 reserves the right to review any bet placed in an unusually large amount on the same event.
- Participating in match-fixing or any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be involved will be permanently closed.

4 Payments & Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals on tk17 are handled exclusively via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in BDT.
Deposit Rules:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳ 200.
- Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
- Deposits are only accepted from the account holder's own registered mobile banking number.
- Deposits made through third parties are not permitted.
Withdrawal Rules:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳ 500.
- Maximum daily withdrawal limit: ৳ 2,00,000 (higher limits apply for VIP members).
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the registered mobile banking number on file.
- Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
Tk17 reserves the right to hold and investigate any withdrawal in cases of suspected fraud or suspicious transactions. The account in question may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.
5 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms:
- Each bonus offer may only be used once, unless stated otherwise.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirement must be completed first.
- Any attempt to abuse bonuses may result in account termination.
- Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Tk17 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time without prior notice.
Welcome Bonus Terms:
New members can receive up to a 200% bonus on their first deposit. To qualify, a minimum deposit of ৳ 500 is required, and the bonus amount must be wagered 10x within 30 days. If the wagering requirement is not completed within this period, the bonus will be forfeited.
6 Responsible Gaming
Tk17 is strongly committed to responsible gaming. We want every member to enjoy betting as entertainment — not as a source of financial stress.
- Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Self-Exclusion: You have the option to take a temporary break from the platform at any time.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

- Involvement in match-fixing or any fraudulent activity.
- Suspicious money laundering activity.
If an account is closed, the return of any deposited funds will depend on the nature of the violation. In cases of serious violations, deposited funds may be forfeited.
8 Privacy & Security

- User information may be disclosed to the relevant authorities where required by law.
- You are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.
- Members are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts.
9 Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome or transaction, you must notify us in writing at support@tk17.ws within 72 hours. Our team will review the matter and respond within 5 business days.
- In the event of a dispute, tk17's server logs and database records will serve as the definitive source of truth.
- Decisions can be appealed — you may request a higher-level review if you disagree with an outcome.
- All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
10 Policy Changes
Tk17 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice will be posted on the platform before changes take effect. For significant updates, you may also be notified via SMS to your registered mobile number or by email.
